Every tasker on Calamarii is verified with their Emirates ID. Our auto-verification system matches the name on your ID to your account — most verifications are approved instantly. Real people, real accountability.
Secure Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your card is charged at booking. Taskers receive payment biweekly after you confirm the work is complete. If you’re not happy, we’ll make it right.
In-App Communication
All messages stay on-platform where they’re logged and protected. Our moderation system blocks sharing of phone numbers and personal contact info until an active task is in place.
Satisfaction Policy
Not satisfied? Our tiered cancellation policy has you covered: full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before, 50% for 2-24 hours, and no refund under 2 hours. Tasker no-show results in an automatic full refund. Post-completion disputes can be raised within 72 hours. Choose instant Calamarii Credits or a card refund (7-14 days).
