For the shop where the owner still hands out the work.
- A booking page that can't double-book: tapping a slot holds it while someone finishes, and the day's capacity is re-checked before it confirms.
- Deposits your way, per service — nothing, a flat amount, or a percentage. Quote-first jobs like PPF ask for a quote instead of a slot.
- Memberships that book a member's next visits into your real calendar on their own.
- A damage map: mark a scratch on a diagram of the car and find it again on the car's next visit.
- Type a VIN, get the year, make and model back — and if the lookup misses, type it yourself; it never blocks the booking.
- Bring your customers in from a spreadsheet, matched on email then phone, filling blanks without overwriting what you typed.
- Export the ledger, your customer book and any car's invoice history — as CSV, QuickBooks or Xero, and keep it even after you stop paying.
$120/mo
For the shop where someone else hands out the work.
- Everything in Light — same booking page, same fees, same exports.
- A dispatch board: a lane for each person on the roster and an Unassigned pile you clear before the day starts.
- Estimated profit and margin for the month — everything collected against jobs, minus the supplies they used, your labour hours, partner costs and overhead.
Those two screens are the whole difference. Everything else — the booking page, deposits, memberships, the damage map, the exports — is on both plans, at both prices.
Which one am I?
Two questions decide it. They are the only two.
Does someone hand out the work in the morning?
If you assign cars to people and need to see who's already buried before you promise a time, that's the dispatch board.

Do you want to know what a month of work made you, not just what it billed?
What you collected against jobs, minus the supplies, the hours, the partners and the overhead it took to earn it.
Yes → Pro
No to both? Light, at $49 a month — and not a stripped version; read the card again. Yes to either? Pro, at $120.

Cala — AI front desk
Answers on your booking page, quotes from your own prices and books a real slot, while the shop is shut.
- It cannot invent a price. Every figure it sends is checked against the numbers your own catalogue returned that turn — one with no source is never sent.
- You set the ceiling: a daily spend cap, from a dollar to a hundred, counted in your own local day.
- On and unbilled through your 7-day trial, so you watch it handle real enquiries before you decide.

Start freeCala used to be inside Pro. We took it out and dropped Pro's price by exactly what Cala costs — Pro was $149, so Pro plus Cala is the same total as before, to the fils. A test fails our build if that ever stops being true. A Pro shop that never turns Cala on simply pays 19% less than before.
Fees, plainly.
The whole fee story on one screen — including the parts that cost nothing.
Your own bookings — free
Bookings through your storefront, your WhatsApp, your walk-ins: Calamarii takes nothing per booking. Your subscription is the whole price.
Card payments — Stripe's standard fees
Online card payments and deposits are processed by Stripe at their standard processing rates. Calamarii adds no markup on top.
Cash and bank transfer — no fees
You choose per service how customers can pay. Cash at the shop and direct bank transfers carry no processing fees at all.
Deposits — your call, per service
Ask for nothing, a flat amount, or a percentage (50% upfront, for example) on any service. Quote-first work can require payment on acceptance.
When a trial ends — you keep everything
Your workspace goes read-only: you keep reading every record and you keep the full export. New bookings and edits pause until you pick a plan — nothing is deleted.
The marketplace — later, and clearly priced
When the Calamarii marketplace opens to the public, marketplace-sourced bookings will carry a 5% fee (minimum AED 5, capped at AED 75). Bookings through your own channels stay free — always.
The questions before you start.
Will my crew actually use it?
It runs from a phone, and a tech only sees the three screens they need — today's cars, the schedule, and the customer they're working on. The money is theirs to earn, not to see.
Is this data mine if I leave?
Always. Export your ledger, customer book and every car's history any time — including after you cancel, when the workspace is read-only. There is no hostage plan.
Is this priced for here, or converted from dollars?
Set for this market. The number you see is the number Stripe bills, in this currency — not a dollar price run through a rate.
Do I pay per person?
No. One price per location, and the whole crew goes on it. Adding staff never moves the number.
