Can I switch plans at any time?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new plan takes effect immediately. When downgrading, it takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe payment gateway. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.
Is there a contract or commitment?+
No long-term contracts. All paid plans are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
What happens when my Pro Poster task limit resets?+
Pro Poster has unlimited tasks so there is no limit to reset. Free tier users get 3 tasks per calendar month, resetting on the 1st of each month.
How does the lower commission work for Tasker Pro?+
Tasker Pro members pay 12% commission on completed tasks instead of the standard 15%. This applies to all tasks completed while your subscription is active.
Can I be both a poster and a tasker?+
Absolutely. Every Calamarii user can post tasks and accept tasks. If you need both premium posting and tasking features, you can subscribe to both Pro Poster and Tasker Pro.
