Do I need a card to start?

No — the 7-day trial is free, no card, cancel any time. A card is only needed when you pick a plan at the end of it.

Who is Calamarii for?

Vehicle care only: car washes, mobile detailers, PPF & tint studios, and polishers. Not fifty trades, not salons — that focus is the whole point.

Can customers book themselves online?

Yes. You get your own page at yourshop.calamarii.com — customers pick a service and size, choose a time, and leave a card deposit, so a no-show costs them, not your morning.

Do you charge per staff member?

No. One flat price per location, unlimited staff on every plan. Additional locations are 25% off.

Does it handle VAT?

Yes. Set your rate and your TRN once and every quote and invoice carries them, with prices shown inclusive the way UAE customers expect. If you open somewhere tax is added at the till instead, that switches with the market.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You take it. A full export — clean ledger CSV plus QuickBooks and Xero files — is available any time, even after you cancel. We never hold your books hostage.
