How can we help?
Answers below for most of it — and a human on standby for the rest.
Getting started
From signup to a live booking page.
How do I create my Calamarii account?
Go to calamarii.com and choose to create an account. All you need is your email address and a password — we send a confirmation link to your email, and once you click it you are in. No card is required.
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. During the trial you get the full product — booking page, catalog, jobs, schedule, money tracking, team — so you can run real work through it before deciding anything. The days remaining are shown inside the app so there are no surprises.
You can cancel any time. If Calamarii is not for you, just walk away — there is no card on file to remember to cancel.
Setting up your shop: onboarding in one screen
After confirming your email, one short form sets up your business:
1. Business name — what customers see, for example Tidal Detail Co.
2. Web address — you pick a short name, and your booking page lives at that address, like tidal-detail.calamarii.com.
3. What kind of shop — mobile detailing and wash, detail studio, PPF and tint, mobile wash, or garage. This is just your starting point: it decides which starter menu of services you begin with, and you can add or change any service later.
4. Region and currency — UAE (AED), Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, UK, or US. This sets your currency and timezone together, so your prices and your schedule read correctly from day one.
Press Create business and your shop exists — with a real, editable service menu already in place. Every shop type gets one: a mobile wash starts with priced wash packages, a PPF studio starts with PPF and tint services, and so on. Nothing about the starter menu is locked; it is there so your first minute is spent adjusting prices, not staring at an empty page.
When does my booking page go live?
Immediately. The moment you finish onboarding, your booking page is live at your-name.calamarii.com and can take real bookings — the free trial includes a fully working storefront, not a preview.
New shops start with sensible defaults so bookings work before you touch anything: open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 17:00, Sunday closed, one car at a time, 30-minute slots, a 2-hour lead time, and bookings up to 30 days ahead. All of this is yours to change in Settings — set your real hours, how many cars you can handle at once, and how far ahead customers can book.
Customers can only book services that have a price. A service shows on your booking page once at least one vehicle size has a price set, so review your catalog first — the starter menu comes priced, but they are our numbers until you make them yours.
Your storefront stays open throughout the trial and while your subscription is active. Existing customers can always manage a booking they already made.
Building your service menu: services, sizes, and prices
Your menu lives in Catalog. Each service has a name, a description, a duration, and a price per vehicle size. New shops start with two sizes — Sedan and SUV / Truck — because a full detail on a Land Cruiser is not the same job as one on a Corolla. A service is bookable for a size only once that size has a price, so you can leave a size unpriced if you do not offer it.
Beyond the basics, each service can carry: a deposit (a percentage or a flat amount, collected online when the customer books), add-ons the customer can tack on (like ceramic boost or pet hair removal, each with its own price), and a rebook interval — for example, a wash due every 14 days — which feeds your due-for-service list automatically once jobs complete.
Each service is also either instant book or quote first, and you can switch between them with one select. Instant book lets the customer pick a slot and confirm on the spot. Quote first is for work you need to see before pricing — like paint correction or PPF: the customer sends a request from your booking page (shown with a Quote badge and a from-price), you price it, and they accept by email. You decide per quote what accepting requires: nothing, a deposit, or full payment.
All prices are in the currency you picked at onboarding — AED for UAE shops. Adding, editing, and removing services is all done on the same Catalog page; if a service cannot be safely deleted because history depends on it, the app offers to deactivate it instead.
Add photos and clips to your services — it is your shop window
A text-only menu makes customers guess. A menu with real photos of your work sells itself — the first thing a customer sees on each service card on your booking page is a swipeable strip of your photos and clips, before any description. Real before-and-after shots outsell any wording.
Each service takes up to 6 photos or short clips. Photos can be JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF up to 5 MB; clips can be MP4 or WebM up to 12 MB. Upload them from the Catalog page — every service has a Photos & clips section with an add tile. Removing one takes two taps on purpose, so a stray touch cannot delete your best shot.
A service with no media yet shows a quiet branded placeholder on your booking page, so a half-finished catalog still looks tidy — but the catalog editor will nudge you until each service has its first photo. Start with your top three services: one clean shot of the finished result each is enough to change how your page converts.
Bookings & your storefront
How customers book — instant, quotes, mobile work and areas.
How do customers book on my storefront?
Your storefront is your shop's own booking page on your calamarii.com address. Customers walk through four quick steps: Service, Vehicle, When, Confirm. No account, no app — it works from a link you share anywhere.
On the Service step they pick from your catalog, with your photos, prices by vehicle size, and any add-ons you offer. On the Vehicle step they can type a VIN and the details fill themselves in, or just enter year, make and model by hand. On the When step they pick a date and see only the times you can actually take — slots come from your open hours and capacity settings, and the slot they pick is held for them while they finish the form.
On Confirm they leave a name, phone and email, add any notes, and book. They immediately see their booking number, date, time and price, with buttons to add the appointment to their calendar and to manage the booking later. A confirmation email goes out right away, and reminder emails follow 24 hours and 2 hours before the appointment — you do not have to chase anyone.
Instant booking vs quote-first: which should each service use?
Every service can take bookings in one of two ways, and you choose per service in your Catalog: "Book instantly — pick a slot online" or "Quote first — they request, you price it". Instant suits anything with a fixed price, like a wash or an interior detail. Quote-first suits work you need to see or discuss before committing to a number — PPF, paint correction, bodywork.
Quote-first services appear on your storefront with a Quote badge and a from-price. When a customer requests one, the wizard skips the time step entirely — there is no slot to pick until you have priced the work. If the same person requests the same service twice in a day, it folds into one request rather than cluttering your list.
The request lands on that customer's page in your app. You set the price and decide what accepting costs them: nothing (they pay at the shop), a deposit to secure the slot, or the full amount up front — your call, per quote. The customer gets an email with a link to view and accept, and if you asked for money, they pay by card right there when they accept. Quotes carry an expiry date, so an ignored one quietly ages out instead of sitting open forever.
How do I set up mobile services and the areas I cover?
Each service in your Catalog has a "Where it happens" setting: At the shop, We come to you, or Either — customer picks. Customers see this on your storefront — travelling services carry a "Comes to you" badge — and services that come to the customer also make your shop show up when people filter for on-demand, comes-to-you work in the calamarii.com directory.
For services that travel, list the areas you cover under Settings, by name — for example JVC, Marina, Business Bay. The booking wizard then asks "where are you?" only when the customer has picked a travelling service. An in-shop ceramic coat never asks; a mobile wash always does. The customer must pick one of your listed areas to continue. If their area is not on your list, they see a clear message to contact you instead — no booking lands from somewhere your crew cannot reach.
The chosen area rides along on the booking, so your crew sees "Area: JVC" right on the job. If you have not listed any areas, the question simply never appears — nothing breaks, customers just book without it.
What can customers do with their booking link?
Every confirmed booking comes with a private manage link — it is on the confirmation screen and in the confirmation email. The link belongs to that one booking only, so there is no password and nothing to sign up for.
From that page a customer can see the service, time, price, what deposit they have paid and what balance is left, and download a calendar file that adds the appointment to Apple, Google or Outlook calendars in one tap. If a deposit is still owed and you take card payments, they can pay it right there too.
While the booking is upcoming, they can reschedule — pick a new day and choose from your genuinely open slots — or cancel. Once a booking is completed or cancelled, those options disappear; a cancelled booking's page simply invites them to book again on your storefront. Customers helping themselves here means fewer calls and no-shows for you, and your calendar stays honest because a reschedule can only land on a slot you actually have.
How does the before and after photo gallery work?
When your team adds before and after photos to a job in the app, those photos show up automatically on the customer's booking page, grouped into Before and After. It is proof of work the customer can see the moment the job is done — no WhatsApp album to assemble.
Tapping any photo opens a full-screen viewer. Customers can pinch, double-tap or scroll to zoom, drag to pan around the detail, and swipe or use arrow keys to move through the set — exactly what someone wants to do when checking a paint correction up close.
Every photo, thumbnail and enlarged alike, carries your shop's mark in the corner — your initials and shop name. So when a delighted customer screenshots the after shot and sends it to a friend, your name travels with it.
Payments & fees
How money moves, and what costs nothing.
How can my customers pay? Choosing payment methods for each service
Every service in your catalog has its own answer to "how can customers pay?" — because a AED 30 express wash and a AED 4,000 PPF job shouldn't have to work the same way. Open Catalog, pick a service, and tick any combination of three methods: Cash, Card online, and Bank transfer.
Whatever you tick shows up on your booking page at yourshop.calamarii.com, right under the price summary — customers see something like "Pay by cash · card online · bank transfer" before they confirm, so there are no surprises at handover.
Each method behaves the way you'd expect. Cash is settled at the shop and you record it on the job with one tap. Card online runs through Stripe's secure checkout. Bank transfer shows your bank details to the customer with their booking number as the payment reference, so you can match the money when it lands.
You can mix and match per service — take cards and cash on small jobs, add bank transfer for the big-ticket ones. Change it any time from the Catalog; the booking page updates immediately.
How do deposits work?
A deposit turns a no-show into the customer's problem instead of your empty bay. You set it per service, in the Catalog, and there are three shapes to choose from:
1. A flat amount — for example AED 50 to hold the slot, whatever the job costs.
2. A percentage — for example 50% upfront on a big detail.
3. Full payment upfront — set the percentage to 100% and the service becomes pay-in-full at booking.
You can also leave a service with no deposit at all. When a deposit is set, the customer pays it by card from their booking page — the confirmation they receive links straight to it, and the payment runs through Stripe's secure checkout. If someone hands you the deposit in cash instead, you can record that on the job. On the job screen you'll always see what's been paid and what's still outstanding.
Quote-first services get one extra lever: when you price a quote, you choose what accepting it requires — nothing, a deposit, or the full amount. That's your call per quote, so a regular can accept with one tap while a first-timer on a big job puts money down.
How do I accept bank transfers?
Bank transfer is a first-class payment method in Calamarii — useful for larger jobs where a customer would rather transfer than hand over cash or pay by card.
Two steps to switch it on:
1. In Settings, fill in your bank transfer details — bank name, IBAN, account holder, exactly as customers should copy them. It's a free-text box, so write it the way your bank wants it.
2. In Catalog, tick "Bank transfer" on each service that should accept it.
From then on, when a customer books one of those services, your bank details appear on their booking confirmation together with a clear instruction: use their booking number (for example JOB-1042) as the payment reference. That reference is what lets you match an incoming transfer to the right job without guessing.
When the transfer lands in your account, open the job and record the amount as collected — the job's payment status updates and the money shows up in your books like any other payment.
How do online card payments work?
Card payments on your booking page are processed by Stripe, the same payment processor behind millions of businesses worldwide. Your customer taps to pay, Stripe's secure checkout opens, and the card details go straight to Stripe — Calamarii never sees or stores a card number.
Before you can take card payments, you connect your account once: in Settings, start the Stripe setup and follow Stripe's own hosted steps to verify your business and add the bank account for payouts. Until that's complete, card deposits simply aren't offered to customers — nothing half-works, nothing gets charged into the void.
Once connected, card payments on your bookings are routed to your Stripe account and paid out to your bank by Stripe. Every card payment is confirmed by Stripe before Calamarii marks it paid on the job — even if the customer closes their browser right after paying, the payment still lands and gets recorded.
Standard card-processing fees apply to online card payments and are deducted before payout. Cash and bank transfers go directly to you and never touch card processing.
What does Calamarii cost?
Calamarii is free to start: a 7-day free trial with no card required, and you can cancel any time. During the trial you get the full Pro feature set, so you're evaluating the real product, not a stripped-down demo.
After the trial there are two plans, Light and Pro, each a flat monthly price per location with unlimited staff — you are never charged per team member. Additional locations are 25% off. Current prices are always on the pricing section at calamarii.com.
There is no charge on your bookings. Whether a customer books through your storefront at yourshop.calamarii.com, or you create the job yourself at the counter, Calamarii takes no commission — the price your customer pays is yours. The only per-transaction cost is the card-processing fee when a customer pays online by card, which is handled by Stripe and deducted before payout. Cash and bank-transfer payments cost nothing.
If you ever leave, your data leaves with you: a full export — clean ledger CSV plus QuickBooks and Xero formats — is available any time, even after you cancel.
Jobs & your team
The day's work: stages, photos, partners, roles.
What does the Today screen show me?
Today is the first screen you see when you sign in at calamarii.com, and it is built to answer one question: what needs me right now? It always shows your shop's own day — computed in your timezone, so an early morning in Dubai never shows yesterday's board.
At the top you get three tiles for the day: how many jobs are booked, how much money has been collected, and how much is still outstanding. Below that, Today raises flags only when something needs attention: finished jobs where the balance has not been collected, customers due for a service or quotes going unanswered (one tap through to What's due), and any stage you have handed to an outside partner whose car is at risk of not being back in time.
Your personal time clock lives on this screen too — clock in, take a break, and clock out without leaving the board. And the New job button is always in the top corner when a car rolls in unannounced.
For anything beyond today, head to Schedule. The default is a week or day calendar — jobs drawn as blocks by start time and duration, coloured by status, with a line marking the current time. There is also a list view with search that finds any job, past or present, by customer name or job number. On the Pro plan, the dispatch view shows the day as one column per active teammate plus an Unassigned pile, so you can see at a glance who is loaded and who is free.
How do I split a job into stages or hand work to an outside partner?
Some jobs are really several jobs — a detail here, tint at your tint guy, PPF back at your bay. On the job page, the Stages section lets you split one job into stages, each done by your own crew or by an outside partner. If the service has a stage template defined in your catalog, one tap sets the whole chain up for you.
First, add your partners under Settings, then Partners — name, WhatsApp, email, and how many days they usually need (their lead time). When you add a stage you describe the work, optionally pick the skill it needs (Calamarii routes it to a teammate who has that skill, or suggests partners who do when nobody in-house does), and choose crew or partner.
Handing work over is one tap: the stage shows a WhatsApp (or email) button with the message already written — your shop name, the car, the work, and when you need it back. No retyping, no forgetting the return date. If a partner stage will not be back before the parent job's date, Calamarii flags it on the stage and rolls the warning up onto your Today screen.
When the partner bills you, attach their invoice or receipt right on the stage — PDF or photo, up to 10 MB — and enter the amount so the partner's cost counts against that job's margin. Partner names, costs, and the handoff buttons are visible to owners and managers only; a tech sees the stage and its status, not the economics.
How do I add before, after and damage photos to a job?
Every job page has a Photos section with three groups: Before, After, and Damage. Tap a group, pick a photo, and it uploads straight from your phone or computer. Each photo can be up to 5 MB.
Before and after photos are your proof of work — your customer sees them on their booking page, in a gallery they can swipe through and zoom. Damage photos are different: they stay inside your shop. Customers never see the damage record, so your team can document freely.
Once a job has at least one damage photo, the damage map appears: a top-down diagram of the car. Tap the panel where the mark is, choose what it is — scratch, dent, scuff, chip, or other — and link it to the photo. Because each mark is saved against a specific panel, it is still describable months later.
The map also remembers the car, not just the job. Marks recorded on earlier visits carry forward and show as hollow pins next to this visit's solid ones — so when a customer asks about a scratch, you can show exactly when it was first documented.
How do I invite team members, and what can each role do?
Go to Team and use the Add someone form (owners only). Enter their name, their email, and pick a role — Tech or Manager. They get an email to set a password, and nothing is shared with them until they do. Both plans include as many people as you need; you are never charged per seat.
There are three roles. An Owner runs billing, the team, and everything below. A Manager assigns jobs and runs the shop day to day. A Tech works the jobs they are assigned — nothing else, and they cannot see the rest of the roster. Owners are not invited by email: promote someone from the team list once they have joined.
When someone leaves, suspend them instead of looking for a delete button. Suspension ends their access immediately but keeps their job history intact — the work they did stays on the record. Each person's phone number also stays private unless you switch it on; it is off by default on purpose.
One more thing worth doing on day one: two-factor authentication. Each person can turn it on from their Profile — scan a QR code with an authenticator app, enter one code, done. From then on, signing in takes their password plus a code from their phone, so a stolen password alone will not open your shop. If someone loses their phone, contact support to reset it.
How does my team clock in and out?
The time clock is a slim bar at the top of everyone's Today screen. Tap Clock in when you start, Break when you step away (and Back to work after), and Clock out at the end. The bar shows your worked time for the day, and it updates with every punch.
The times come from the server, not the device — so a phone with the wrong clock, or a creative one, cannot bend a shift. Only one open shift is possible per person, so a double tap never double-counts.
Owners and managers see the whole floor at once: the Team page has an On the clock board with one line per person — on the clock, on break, or off, since what time, and how long they have worked today. Everyone appears on the board whether they have punched or not, because knowing who has not clocked in yet is half the point.
Customers & comebacks
The customer book, imports, nudges and memberships.
Where do I find a customer's history, cars, and contact details?
Everything you know about a customer lives in one place. Sign in at calamarii.com and open Customers: the book shows 25 people per page, and the search box matches names, phone numbers, and email addresses. Open any customer to see their contact details, their vehicles, their quotes, and their full job history.
Every vehicle gets its own page too — a timeline of visits, with lifetime visit count and total spend counted from completed jobs only, so an abandoned booking never inflates the numbers. When you add a car you can enter the VIN and Calamarii fills in the make, model, and year for you.
Two shortcuts worth knowing. The lookup in the top bar finds anyone by plate, VIN, name, or phone — handy when a car pulls in and all you have is the number plate. And when you create a new job, picking a vehicle that has been in before shows a "this car's been here before" panel so you can see past work without leaving the form.
You can also download your book any time as a CSV from the Customers page — your data stays yours.
How do I import my customers from a spreadsheet?
Go to Customers, then Import. Upload a CSV file (up to 5 MB — split a bigger file and import it in parts). Calamarii reads the header row and matches columns automatically: name, email, phone, and vehicle details (make, model, year, plate, VIN). If a column is guessed wrong, change it with the dropdown above that column, then check the preview before you run the import.
Duplicates are handled for you. Each row is matched against your existing book by email first, then by phone. When there is a match, the row is merged: blanks on the existing customer get filled in, but nothing you typed by hand is ever overwritten. That makes it safe to run the same file twice — you will not end up with two copies of anyone.
Vehicles come along only when the row has a plate or a VIN to identify them. A row that just says "Toyota" would create a duplicate car every time you re-import, so those are left out on purpose — you can add the car on the customer's page later.
When it finishes you get a plain report: how many customers were created, how many merged, and how many rows were skipped and why.
How do I bring customers back with What's due?
Open Customers, then Due. The page gathers three kinds of comeback work:
1. Rebooks — customers whose last service is past its rebook interval. Set the interval on each service in your catalog (a wash might be 14 days, a ceramic top-up 6 months) and each service chases on its own schedule.
2. Quotes about to expire — estimates you sent that were never answered, surfaced before the clock runs out.
3. Win-back — customers who have not been back in 45 days, whatever they used to come in for.
Every row has the same three moves: Message opens WhatsApp with a ready-to-edit note, Call dials them, and Email nudge sends one email with the right link inside — your booking page for a rebook, or the accept link for a quote. Nothing ever sends automatically; each nudge is one tap, one customer, sent by you.
Calamarii records every nudge after it is confirmed sent, and shows a "nudged recently" chip on the row so two people on your team do not chase the same person twice. Customers marked do-not-contact are never emailed, and the Email nudge button only appears when there is an email on file.
How do memberships work, from plan to weekly visits?
Memberships turn a regular into guaranteed monthly revenue. Open Memberships to build a plan: name it, set the price in AED, and list what is included each cycle — for example four washes a month. Then enrol a customer: pick the plan, their vehicle, and the day and time they want their visits. Their visits are placed on the schedule automatically each period, on their chosen slot, at no charge — the membership already paid for them.
The price a member signs up at is a contract. If you later raise the plan price or change what is included, existing members keep exactly what they signed up for; changes apply to new signups.
Renewals run themselves. Each period Calamarii raises the renewal invoice, and you record the payment against it — cash or card. If a payment does not arrive, the member gets reminder emails automatically, with the amount, the plan, and a final notice before the membership lapses. The Memberships roster shows a "needs attention" band so past-due and lapsed members are impossible to miss.
Members manage themselves too. Each membership has a manage link — open the member's page and copy it, or let them find it in their payment emails. From that page they can pause, skip a visit (with at least 24 hours notice), resume, or cancel at the end of the period they have paid for. No phone call to your front desk required.
How do I collect more Google reviews?
First, add your review link in Settings — the "write a review" link from your Google Business Profile, or any review page you prefer. That one link switches on the whole flow.
From then on, every completed job triggers a review request email to the customer, sent about two hours after the work is done and always at a civilised hour — never at 2am. Calamarii is careful with the ask: each customer is asked at most once every 60 days, so a weekly regular is not nagged every visit, and anyone marked do-not-contact is never emailed.
The Reviews page is where you watch it pay off. Your review link sits at the top to copy into WhatsApp or a printed card. When reviews come back, log them — the star rating, the customer's name, and what they wrote — and the page keeps your running average and count. You can add your reply to each one, so the whole exchange stays on record.
One honest note: Calamarii does not yet pull reviews in from Google automatically, so logging is manual. It takes a few seconds per review, and in return you get one page that shows exactly how your reputation is building.
Data, privacy & account
Exports, erasure, and who can see what.
How do I export my customers and invoices?
Your data is yours, and you can take it with you at any time. Exports are never locked behind a plan or your billing status — even if your subscription has lapsed, you can still download your records.
To export your customer book, open Customers and use the Export CSV button. The file includes each customer's name, phone, email, source, their vehicles, number of visits, lifetime spend in your currency, notes, and when they were added.
To export a customer's paid-work history, open that customer's page (or a specific vehicle's page) and use the export link. You get a CSV of their jobs: job number, date, status, total, deposit paid, and payment status — a full history, not just the most recent page.
Your financial records export too: the Money page has a CSV export of your ledger, and Money reports can be downloaded in QuickBooks and Xero formats alongside the plain CSV. Exports are available to owners and admins only — technicians cannot download them.
A customer asked me to delete their personal data. What should I do?
Calamarii has a built-in erasure tool for exactly this. Only an owner or admin can run it: open the customer's page, find the danger zone at the bottom, and type ERASE to confirm. It works even if your subscription has lapsed — honoring a deletion request does not depend on your billing status.
What gets removed: the customer's name and contact details are anonymized, their vehicle's plate and VIN are cleared (make and model stay so your job history still makes sense), job photos are deleted including the stored files, chat conversations with your shop assistant are deleted, saved locations and outreach history are deleted, and the customer is marked do-not-contact.
What stays: the job, estimate, and payment records themselves remain — anonymized — because they are your shop's business and financial records. Free-text notes your team typed (staff notes on jobs, estimate notes) are not automatically scrubbed, since they mix operational shop notes with anything personal. If the customer's request covers those, review and edit them by hand.
If the erasure fails partway (for example, a network hiccup after the photos were already removed), simply run it again — it is safe to retry and will finish the job.
Who can see what in Calamarii?
Customers see only what you would show them across the counter. On your storefront they see your services and public prices. On their booking page and in their garage view they see their own bookings, the price they pay, and the photos attached to their jobs. They never see your costs, margins, supply usage, internal staff notes, or the vehicle damage map — those are deliberately kept out of every customer-facing view.
Within your team, roles matter. Money reports and data exports (customers, invoices, ledger) are for owners and admins only — a technician cannot download them. Erasing a customer's personal data is also owner and admin only. A teammate's personal mobile number is hidden from the rest of the team by default; you choose whether to share it.
Every shop's data is fully separate. Your customers, jobs, and money are visible only inside your own shop — no other business on Calamarii can see them, and that separation is enforced at the database level, not just in the app.
What happens to my storefront if my subscription lapses?
Nothing dramatic happens on day one. If a payment fails, your account enters a grace period: your shop keeps working normally, your storefront keeps taking bookings, and you have time to sort out the payment.
If the account lapses past the grace period, your storefront stops accepting new bookings. Visitors see a clear message that the shop is not taking bookings right now — not an error page or a dead link, so your reputation stays intact.
Existing bookings are not stranded. Customers who already booked can still open their booking link to view, reschedule, or cancel, and you can still sign in and see your data. Your exports still work, and so does customer data erasure — those never depend on billing status.
Once the subscription is active again, the storefront reopens for new bookings automatically. Nothing is deleted while the account is lapsed.
How do I reset my password and secure my account?
If you can't sign in, use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page at calamarii.com. Enter the email you sign in with and we send a link to choose a new password. You will see the same confirmation message whether or not the address matches an account — that is deliberate, so nobody can use the form to discover which emails have accounts.
Reset emails are rate-limited, so if you request several in a row, wait a bit before trying again — use the most recent link you received. Reset links are single-use; if yours has expired, the page it lands on offers to send you a fresh one.
For stronger protection, turn on two-factor authentication from your Profile page. Scan the QR code with any authenticator app (or enter the key by hand) and confirm with a code. Once it is on, a password alone is not enough to reach your shop — every sign-in also asks for a code from your app.
If you lose the phone with your authenticator app, contact support and we will help you regain access after verifying it is really you.
